Return Policy

We understand how important this purchase is to you and we want you to enjoy the confidence that when a product does not work correctly; or is damaged in shipping, you may return it as long as it meets our generous conditions listed below. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the specialized nature of many of our products and equipment, some of our manufacturers charge a restocking fee for returned products; naturally, this excludes those that are damaged or shipped in error by the manufacturer. 

Our Conditions

You must notify us within 72 hours of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. Your return must be authorized by our office and must be received within 7 business days of the return authorization. It must be received in the original shipped condition. Shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless prior approval has been given..

Your Options for Exchange, Account Credit or Refund

If your purchase complies with all our conditions, you have three options. You may exchange merchandise for a comparably priced item. You can take a account credit equal to 100% of the purchase price on any product. You can be issued a refund for the exact price you paid.

We do not accept returns without authorization

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lynch Supply Company, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lynch Supply Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lynch Supply Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lynch Supply Company, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Lynch Supply Company, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason.
